Welcome to yardenmitrani.com terms and conditions, which apply to all items ordered from yardenmitrani.com. Please read through them carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please also read our ‘Privacy Policy’ regarding personal information provided by you.

We may change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes to the terms that apply to that order.

PRICE & PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.

If you have paid on your debit or credit card you will automatically receive confirmation of payment. Goods will be dispatched to the delivery address within 24-48 hours of receiving the order. We will email you to confirm dispatch.

Please see www.paypal.com for information on PayPal payments.

The total amount you pay, will be indicated on our website, this will include VAT (or similar sales tax) at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible as the seller and delivery charges.

Further Information for Overseas Customers

We charge you for your order in euros unless you are ordering from countries outside the Euro area.  In this case, the actual price will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company at the time of the charge.

CREDIT CARD VALIDATION

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason authorise payment, then you will be notified of this immediately at the check-out stage.

In assessing your request for goods or services, we may use your information for the purposes of the prevention and detection of fraud. At all times where we disclose your information it will remain secure.

Please note: If you choose not to register during the checkout process, depending on your card issuer, we may not be able to process your order. A different method of payment will be required to complete your purchase.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Unless otherwise stated, sizes indicated are European sizes. Please refer to the size guide for clarification.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.

PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS

When you place an order on our website we shall email you an order confirmation email. Our acceptance of your order does not take place until despatch of the order, at which point the contract for the purchase of goods will be made.

Once you have checked out and you have received your order confirmation email you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before confirming payment.

We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:

  • the product ordered being unavailable from stock;
  • our inability to obtain authorisation of payment:
  • the identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion:
  • if we suspect any fraudulent activity.

If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. We will take all necessary measures to keep the details of your order and payment secure.

Prices are subject to change without notice. These changes will not affect orders that have already been despatched. Prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).

Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.

TITLE RETENTION

Any items ordered remain our property until we receive full payment.

DELIVERY

We do not charge for shipping or returns. We ship from Italy. Please consult  the list of countries to which we ship.

We aim to deliver orders within 5 working days. However, sometimes during sale or other busy periods deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your order within 5 working days or you have any other questions concerning your order, please contact customerservices@yardenmitrani.com.

A signature is requested for all deliveries. If the courier attempts delivery but to no avail, they will leave a calling card. Your parcel will be held at your local UPS access point for 15 days. If the parcel is not collected within this time period, UPS will return the parcel to us and you will be refunded minus the cost of returning the parcel.

If you would like to specify a safe place or a particular neighbour for your parcel to be left with, please add these instructions at checkout. You may also add some additional information to help the courier find your delivery address.

Important Information
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order or change a delivery address once the parcel has been dispatched. We are unable to deliver on bank holidays. If you place an order during a bank holiday period, please allow an extra working day for your order to arrive.

If you experience any issues with your order or have problems tracking your delivery, please contact customerservices@yardenmitrani.com. Please quote your order reference number, full name, billing address and telephone number. One of our team members will respond within 48 hours.
